History
Our CEO and founder, Octavian Boca, is a Boston based entrepreneur that is passionate about technology, innovation and creative arts. He successfully founded few other businesses in the Life-Science strategic advisory, information solutions and software development spaces across US and EU. When he realized that technology was changing the scientific landscape, human interaction and arts, he decided to take a new direction, and founded Massachusetts Technology Innovation, the next logical evolution.
Massachusetts Technology Innovation Corp. (MTI) opened its doors in 2015. Since then, MTI helped and facilitated the success of many startup tech enterprises. In 2018, MTI took a new turn and started focusing its efforts towards Machine Learning platforms and Artificial Intelligence design, creating new software solutions and opportunity.
Sustainability
At Massachusetts Technology Innovation, we are committed to environmental sustainability and reducing our own environmental footprint. We do so by improving energy efficiency, using resources responsibly, and reducing waste. Here are some examples of how we fulfill our sustainability commitment:
Paper. There is no escaping the fact that our industry is still driven for most part by paper. We switched our business model to an all electronic execution system, our own developed software solution, Easy-GxP.
Telecommuting. MTI is a virtual company, most of our employees and consultants are working remote, with some exceptions when the client is requested work onsite.

Octavian Boca
From working at some of the first and most prestigious biotech companies in Cambridge, MA, to opening his first company in 2010, Octavian has represented Pharma and Medical Device clients, large and small, for nearly 20 years. He made headlines in 2015 when he appeared in a magazine interview about the future of innovating solutions and social value in the Life-Science industry. As an innovator since the first internet boom, Octavian has also hands-on experience with how technology affects the creative industry. Staying ahead of technology changes is Octavian’s sixth sense.
