History

Massachusetts Technology Innovation (MTI), founded in 2015 and headquartered in Boston, MA, is a forward-thinking company specializing in professional services and innovative software solutions for the life sciences and fintech sectors.

Led by CEO and founder Octavian Boca—who brings two decades of experience from early biotech roles in Cambridge, MA, and prior ventures in strategic advisory, information solutions, and software development—MTI provides managed services, consultancy, computer software assurance, computer systems validation, compliance, cloud governance, and change management tailored to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.

The company also develops next-generation tools, including its flagship no-code, Part 11-compliant platform Easy-GxP, which automates regulated processes, quality management systems, AI, cybersecurity frameworks, and fintech compliance.

Sustainability

At Massachusetts Technology Innovation, we are committed to environmental sustainability and reducing our own environmental footprint. We do so by improving energy efficiency, using resources responsibly, and reducing waste. Here are some examples of how we fulfill our sustainability commitment:

Paper. There is no escaping the fact that our industry is still driven for most part by paper. We switched our business model to an all electronic execution system, our own developed software solution, Easy-GxP.

Telecommuting. MTI is a virtual company, most of our employees and consultants are working remote, with some exceptions when the client is requested work onsite.
